I am starting from scratch I havent any idea where to begin looking or finding information. I looked on the web and couldnt really find a place to start. I live in Maryland.
Be careful in Maryland. You first need to look into getting liability insurance. The state will shut you down and fine you in a heartbeat if you don’t get the proper permits to operate.
