How can I start my feasibility studies about mobile pet grooming?

II am doing a research about the viability of mobile pet grooming in the Philippines since as of the moments there’s is no one engaged on that. I am more concern on the technical aspect of doing such business like that of its equipments and its necessary processes. Your answer would be appreciated. Thank You!

When ever you have a business idea that no one else is doing, beware. Perhaps you have a truly unique idea, and perhaps you have an idea that others have considered and rejected.

You need to know which is the truth. The equipment and technical aspect of performing such a service is of little concern if no one purchases your service.

Additionally, a mobile service should command a higher price since you are necessarily restricting your ability to groom pets. How? You might ask. Simple, if you are grooming a dog at one end of town, how will you groom a dog at the other. If you choose to take the pet with you, then you need a much larger vehicle and you need the owner’s permission.

I would say that on average, a mobile service must cost 2 or 3 times as much as a fixed service does. Maybe pick up and delivery is a better option?

Good luck.
