I want to start a business in pet grooming and a pet spa but i dont know if i have to take a special course or not
It is not just a course. Most groomers go to grooming school to learn how to properly groom animals. Think about how many breeds of dogs there are. All of those dogs(the ones with long hair) have a specific cut. A Westie cut looks different than a Yorkie cut.
Groomers usually go to school and then apprentice with another groomer for awhile. You need to learn from someone and practice grooming the dogs. You don’t want to open the business and practice cutting techniques on potential doggie customers. What if you do it wrong?There is a human/doggie customer that is never coming back and probably not paying either.
