Pet Grooming Help

I am currently a pet care specialist and would like to move up to pet care manager. What steps do i need to take to do this and how quickly can it be done? I have been there for 2 months.

Well you need to work hard and learn about the animals. You need to do your own research not just what they train you on. There also has to be room on management for them to hire another manager. You also have to have time. Managers work 40 hours a week. You can’t expect to there for 2 months and become manager.

You could try talking to your store manager on what they look for in a manager.
