How do you get started? Does it require much school? I decided that I would much rather work with animals then people.Although of course Ill be dealing with owners but not working on them. Any info appreciated.
You could apply with PetSmart as a bather, and they would send you for training to be a groomer and they pay for it. You have to have a contract that after the training with them, you will have to work for them for 2 years.

Are there proper facilities to take care of my pet ant when I come to Egypt?

I am thinking of travelling to Egypt next May and I was wondering:
Is Egypt safe for pet ants ?
Are there vets and hospitals specialized for care of pet ants ?
How much is sugar in Egypt ?

How coincidental that you should enquire about your ant and his/her welfare while you are enjoying Egypt.
As I have just opened a luxury ant nest resort at the rear of my flat in Luxor.
I am proud to say that I have been able to obtain the services of one of the worlds leading myrmecologists and a veterinary surgeon with the distinction of caring for many celebrities pet arthropods in America,while they are in either in on tour making movies or in rehabilitation.
At present we are caring for P…. H……n’s dolichoderine ant,"Sweetie"who is suffering from bulimia,but doing very well.Br……’s "Kev" is a current guest who is recovering well from a sugar addiction.
Names of owners are of course confidential for security reasons.
Our ant nests are constructed of the fines quality Nile loam and sand available.
Each guest has the choice of its own cell,which we prefer to call a natural habitat enclosure. Or they can for a cheaper rate, enjoy company of other guests ants in one of out superb communal units.
Should your ant be just out of the lava stage,(aren’t they so cute ),then our resident Queen and her assistants will pamper him/her and ensure he/she is feeling secure and knows you love him/her.We suggest you leave with you ant a piece of your soiled clothing (something smallish that has been close to your body)to help overcome any separation anxiety.
Part of our service is providing a healthy well balanced diet.
For as an ant owner you will be aware of the increase of obesity in many anthropods.
Each Saturday, our guests enjoy what we love to call "Sugarday". This is just one of our unique specialty features.
However,our ant nest and its beautiful semi tropical surrounds also has great exercise facilities.This is an integral aspect to maintaining their health and an ants well being.
